We’re a small crew and we work in writing. We usually answer emails within two business days. There is deliberately no support phone line — we’d rather write you a considered answer than give you a quick one on the phone.

LEAN is not a medical device and is not medical or pharmaceutical advice. We support you with nutrition, protein and training during GLP-1 treatment — the treatment itself belongs in the hands of your physician. Do not stop any medication, do not change any dose, and do not ignore symptoms because the app said something else. For acute symptoms, get medical help — don’t ask the app. In the US, call 911 in an emergency.
We are responsible for our own content on these pages under applicable law.
